The ideal course for the beginner rock climber or those with just a little experience. From the fundamentals of movement and balance, to the more technical aspects of anchors and abseiling, this short rock climbing course covers all the basics for you to start experiencing rock climbing on your own.

Advanced Course
This course is for people with some experience of rock climbing who want to progress to leading sport routes and become self sufficient climbers. In this course you will be learning important skills like lead belaying and climbing, how to fall safely and how to catch falls, anchor building, and cleaning a route. If you already have some lead climbing experience outdoors we have technique tips, exercises for mental strength in lead climbing, and many more topic in store to bring you to your next level.
